Jerusalem, 30 April, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Due to the continuing fires in the Jerusalem hills, so fa today Magen David Adom (MDA) medics and paramedics have provided medical treatment and evacuated to hospitals Hospital, 13 victims, mainly suffering from smoke inhalation and burns, of whom 2 were pregnant women and toddlers aged one month and six months.
In addition, MDA teams provided medical treatment to another 10 victims who were treated on the spot and did not require evacuation to the hospital.
MDA teams also assisted and evacuated patients who were hospitalized at home and needed evacuation from their homes in ambulances and mobile intensive care units.
MDA is preparing large forces at points near the communities closest to the fire with ambulances, intensive care units, a motorcycle unit, buses with the capacity to evacuate a large number of patients, and additional designated vehicles.
