Jerusalem, 18 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli troops eliminated a terrorist cell in Khan Yunis last week, the Israel Defense Forces said on Monday. Soldiers from a reconnaissance unit identified armed terrorists in the city’s “Old Cemetery” area and directed an air strike on the structure where they were operating. Weapons, including AK-47 rifles, RPGs, grenades, and explosives, were recovered.
In a separate operation, troops located and dismantled rocket launchers in the area.
