The investigation is ongoing. At the beginning of the week, a report was received about two shooting victims in Tayibe, who were evacuated for medical treatment, and one of them was pronounced dead at the hospital. Tayibe police officers from the Sharon district arrived at the scene shortly after, opened an investigation, and launched a manhunt for the suspect in the act. Initial investigation revealed that the background to the incident was a family dispute. Sharon and Tayibe station detectives located the suspect, a resident of the area in his 20s and the ex-husband of a relative of the murdered person, while he was hiding in an apartment in Tirah. During his arrest, improvised explosive devices were found in his possession, and near the location, the weapons suspected of being used to commit the murder were also found.
